What happens if my card payment fails?

Tenant Support: Card Payment

You'll receive an email if your card payment failed for your booking. 

Don't worry, you can follow the below steps to update your payment information. 

2. You will be able to see what card you have saved as your Default payment card. 

3. Click Edit to change the card 

4. Or Click the Add Another Card button 

5. Ensure the preferred card is selected as your Default payment card.

And you're good to go!
