If you're outside the designated cancellation period (usually 48 hours to 1 week), you can cancel your booking by following these steps:
- Go to Bookings
- Click View/ Edit on the booking you wish to cancel
- Click Cancel
We also advise a courtesy Message, phonecall or otherwise to let the landlord know why you need to Cancel.
