When a Landlord accepts a Tenant's Pitch, a standard License Agreement is created between both parties. This acts as a binding contract as soon as the Tenant accepts the offer.
This is a completely free service provided by Fillit and protects both the Tenant and Landlord as well as the property from harm during the rental period.
