The price that is listed for the space is an estimate based on the rates the landlord has set.

The actual booking price will be determined once the landlord receives a pitch from the tenant stating in a detailed way what their plans for the space are. There will be cases where landlords might need to amend the booking price based on the tenant's requirements. The tenants will get an email notifying them of this change and they would have to agree to it by manually entering or selecting their payment details.
