The daily rate includes use of the space for the agreed time as well as everything that is listed in the 'What's in the Space'. 

Please keep in mind that any additional requirements on the tenant's side will most likely be priced separately by the landlord. They can amend the booking rate before accepting your enquiry. 

  • Regardless if the booking price is amended, no payments will be processed without the tenant's confirmation. 
  • After a booking has been confirmed, the landlords cannot change the rates.
  • If both parties have agreed to change the rates for a confirmed booking, get in touch with us! We can update the rates internally.
