When Tenants accept an offer and agree to the License Agreement they enter a legally binding contract, which means they are agreeing to return the space back to its original condition as part of the requirements stated in said agreement.

Landlords reserve the right to decline enquiries on the basis of event type or request a damage deposit in advance. Fillit urges landlords to specify on their listing if they're not comfortable hosting certain types of activities in their space to reduce the likelihood of receiving enquiries that are not suitable for the space, this can be specified in House Rules when listing a space.
