We recommend that a Landlord responds to a pitch or a message as soon as possible after it is received. If you need more time to review the request and check for availability, message the tenant to let them know when they can expect a confirmation.
Tenants will expect an initial response within the first 24 hours. If after 24 hours the landlord has not yet replied to the tenant, Fillit will send an automatic reminder.
The Fillit teams follows up with unanswered queries. Our priority is making sure that everyone who's used our platform to find the perfect space for their plans gets a timely response.
