We ask that a Landlord respond to a pitch or a message as soon as possible.
We send a notification to the landlord as soon as the pitch or message has been submitted.
As a rule of thumb we allow 24 hours for a Landlord to respond. But if there has been no response by that time, Fillit will follow up with the Landlord.
