I forgot my password...

Reseting your password is very easy, just follow the steps below: 

  1. Attempt to log in with your email. 
  2. When you get the error pop up message, click on Forgot Password.

Check your inbox for an email from us and follow the instructions on how to reset your password. 

I'm logged in but I want to change my password:

You can easily change your password! Just follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Profile. 
  2. Scroll down to the Password section
  3. Type in your new password, confirm it, and click on the Save button.

I don't have access to the email address used to sign in: 

At the moment, email changes can only be processed by our internal team. If you don't have access to the email address used to sign in, or if you wish to correct it or replace it, please contact us at  support@fillit.ie or click the messaging button on the bottom-right corner to chat with us.

I think my account has been compromised: 

If you don't recognise the activity on your account and you're not aware of sharing your login details with anyone else, please contact us at  support@fillit.ie or click the messaging button on the bottom-right corner to chat with us. We can deactivate your account temporarily and stop any potential threats to your personal information.
