Accept a new enquiry

If you're ready to proceed with the enquiry, you can accept the booking by following these simple steps:

1. Log in to Your Personal Area:

  • Click the "Login" button at the top right of the page.

  • Enter your credentials and press the pink "Log in" button.

2. Access Your Bookings

  • Click the three horizontal stripes (menu icon) at the top right of the page.

  • Choose "Bookings" from the drop-down menu to view your bookings.

  • Select the booking you want to accept.

3. Review the details

  • Make sure that you agree with dates, price and space requested by the tenant (For more details on how to do this, visit “Edit an existing enquiry”).

  • You can also accept with added documents (Visit “Add insurance, images, additional documents”).

4. Accept the Booking

  • Click on “Accept enquiry”.

  • Finalise the details by adding the document number, invoice ID and Invoice Date.

  • Press the pink “Accept enquiry” button. By accepting the enquiry, you will be agreeing to the temporary License Agreement.

Remember to monitor your email for any messages from the tenant regarding the booking.
