If you've received an enquiry and need to add insurance, images, or additional documents before accepting it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Your Personal Area:
Click the "Login" button at the top right of the page.
Enter your credentials and press the pink "Log in" button.
2. Access Your Bookings
Click the three horizontal stripes (menu icon) at the top right of the page.
Choose "Bookings" from the drop-down menu to view your bookings.
3. Edit the Booking
Select the booking you want to edit.
Click the pink "Edit Booking" button.
4. Make Necessary Changes
Click on “Insurance” and then “Upload document”.
Select the document you want to add.
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
The tenant will receive an email notification about the changes. They can review it and confirm if they are happy to proceed.
