Cancel an existing enquiry

If your plans changed you can cancel an existing enquiry by following these simple steps:

1. Log in to Your Personal Area:

  • Click the "Login" button at the top right of the page.

  • Enter your credentials and press the pink "Log in" button.

2. Access Your Bookings

  • Click the three horizontal stripes (menu icon) at the top right of the page.

  • Choose "Bookings" from the drop-down menu to view your bookings.

3. Cancel the Booking

  • Select the booking you want to cancel.

  • Click the pink "Cancel booking" button.

4. Reason for cancelling

  • You can select from the available options or write your own unique message explaining why you decided to cancel.
