Here’s a quick guide to help you through each stage of your booking status on Fillit.

Pending

After submitting your enquiry, the landlord has 24-48 hours to review it. You’ll get an email once they make a decision.

Price Adjustments

If the landlord changes the price based on your booking details, you’ll receive an email with the updated price. To confirm, review the changes and approve them by entering your payment details. No booking is confirmed until both parties agree on the final price and you won't be charged until the landlord's cancellation period ends.

Accepted

Your enquiry has been accepted at the agreed price. Add your payment details to confirm your booking. You won’t be charged until the landlord’s cancellation period ends.

Confirmed

The landlord accepted your enquiry at the agreed price. If you provided payment details and landlord doesn't make any adjustment on the price, your booking is automatically confirmed. You won’t be charged until the landlord’s cancellation period expires.

Declined

If your request has been declined. Don't worry, you can always check for other dates or explore other spaces that might meet your needs!
