To ensure your space won’t booked when it’s unavailable, update your calendar by following these steps:
1. Log in to Your Personal Area:
Click the "Login" button at the top right of the page.
Enter your credentials and click the pink "Log in" button.
2. Go to "My Spaces"
Click the three horizontal stripes (menu icon) at the top right of the page.
Select "My spaces" from the drop-down menu.
3. Edit Calendar
Choose the space you want to update and click "Edit Calendar".
Select "Unlist" and choose the days you want to block. You can also add a note (optional).
Don't forget to Save!
Unavailable dates will now show in green on your calendar.
Tip: Each space has its own calendar. Switch between them using the drop-down menu on the left.
To relist a space:
Follow the same steps, but choose "List" instead of "Unlist" and save.
