Fillit provides free legal documents to add extra security and accountability to lease agreements. When a space is rented through Fillit, both parties must agree to a License Agreement. This acts as a binding contract made exclusively between Landlords and Tenants. This legal agreement is designed to ensure that both parties and property are protected from harm.

Tenants must comply with the terms of their agreement with the Landlord, including any special terms or requirements that may be specified by the Landlord.

Tenants must ensure that Fire and Safety standards are maintained at all times. Equipment, furniture or storage must never block or impede access or egress from the building. Fire exits and firefighting equipment must be kept clear and available at all times.
