How do I edit the rate of a new enquiry?

How to edit rates, new enquiry, booking request, change price for a new booking, better price, offer a different price

You've received an enquiry or a booking request from a tenant, but you want to adjust your price to their plans. 

A price may need to be increased or decreased. 

It's very simple to do so! 

1. Log into your Fillit account. 

2. Go to the Bookings section of your dashboard.

3. Find the booking you want to change the price of. Click View/ Edit.

4. Click Edit Enquiry

5. Type in the new rate, including Fillit's fees and VAT in the price. 

Finally, click Accept Enquiry and Send Rate.

The tenant will be updated with the new rate. And that's it!
