Fillit offers tenants two options to add their preferred payment information to book spaces on the platform:

  1. Adding the Credit Card details to the pitch.

  2. Credit Transfer, which needs to be approved and set up by a Fillit Team member.

Pre-Confirm your Enquiry:

When you are sending your enquiry, you can add credit card details.

This means that tenants can book spaces in one single step, speeding up the booking process considerably.

When the landlord Accepts the enquiry, the booking is Confirmed.

The tenant's card will not be charged until the cancellation period has passed. This is 48 hours to one week long for most spaces.

About the Payment Process:

Regardless if tenants speed up the booking process or not, no charges will be made immediately: tenants can cancel for free up until the Landlord's  cancellation period expires.

If the event goes ahead, payment is automatically processed 48 hours after the cancellation period expires. Payment is then held in escrow until the first day of the event takes place, after which the 15% Fillit service fee will be deducted and the Rental fee will be transferred to the Landlord's bank account within 3-4 days.
