If you have not been able to complete the booking correctly and you want to resume it, you simply need to:
Log in to the platform.
On the home page, click on the cart, top right.
You will find your pending booking there so you can complete it correctly. It will be sent to the shopping center in question and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
