How to modify a pending booking request

If you’ve submitted a booking request and need to change any details before the shopping centre accepts it, you can easily modify it from your personal area.

This allows you to adjust dates, update prices, or add comments before the booking is confirmed.

Steps to modify a pending request:

1. Log in to your personal area:

Click the “Log In” button at the top right of the page. Enter your login details and click “Log In”.

2. Go to your bookings:

In the menu on the left-hand side, click on “My Bookings” to see all your current requests.

3. Find the request you want to modify:

Look for the request marked as “Pending” and click on it to open the details.

4. Click “Edit Request”:

If the request has not yet been accepted by the shopping centre, you’ll see the “Edit Request” button at the top right. Click it to make the necessary changes.

5. Save your changes:

Once you’ve updated the information, click “Save”. The modified request will be sent back to the shopping centre for review.
