What to do if the shopping centre doesn’t respond to your request

Once you send a booking request, the shopping centre needs to review and accept it so you can move forward with the process. However, in some cases, the response may take longer than expected.

Here’s what you can do if you don’t receive a reply.

Steps to take if there’s no response:

1. Check the status of your request:

Log in to your personal area and go to “My Bookings”. Check if the request is still marked as “Pending” or if there has been any update.

2. Wait a reasonable amount of time:

Shopping centres usually respond within 2 to 3 working days. If you’re still within that timeframe, we recommend waiting a little longer.

3. Send a reminder:

If several days have passed with no response, you can send a message to the shopping centre from the same booking request. Go to the messages section and leave a comment to remind them you're waiting for a response.
