You can easily keep track of all your bookings—both past and upcoming—from your personal dashboard. This helps you stay organised and check the status of each reservation at any time.
Steps to view your booking status:
1. Log in to your account:
Click the “Log In” button at the top right of the page. Enter your login details and click “Log In”.
2. Go to “My Bookings”:
Once you’re logged in, click on “My Bookings” from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. View booking details:
You’ll see a list of all your bookings. Each one will show its current status—such as “Pending”, “Accepted”, “Completed”, or “Cancelled”.
Click on any booking to view more details, including dates, location, invoice, and any messages exchanged with the shopping centre.
