As a landlord, you may have specific documents relating to your space, which you will need the prospective tenant to fill out, such as a letter of indemnity.
You can now attach this document to your listing. Here's how:
Log into Fillit.ie. Go to the drop down menu and to Your Spaces.
Find the space which you need to add the document to.
Click Edit Info (on right hand side of the space).
Scroll down to the Additional Terms and Conditions section of the listing.
Select Upload a File, and choose a file.
Click the Done button.
Note: when the file is uploaded you will see a paper clip and the file name. If you need to delete the file, just click the pink X.
When your file is uploaded, you can add any additional instructions for the tenant.

Don't forget to scroll down to the bottom and Save!
Note: Only you will see the documents on the listing. When a tenant requests the space and you accept, they will be able to access the documents.
