You have received an enquiry, but you have additional terms and conditions for the space, or perhaps a letter of indemnity to be signed by the tenant.
You can now accept the enquiry with additional documents.
Go to your Bookings. Click Accept Enquiry.
A modal will pop up with the Rental agreement. Click Accept with Added Documents.
Step Two - Add the Documents
You can upload a file, whether is your terms and conditions or letter of indemnity for the tenant to sign. It helps to give some instructions to them!
Don't forget to click the pink Send button!
The tenant will receive an email notifying them to fill out the required documents.
