If you confirmed a booking, but you need to cancel it just follow these steps:
Go to Your Bookings, from the dashboard under your name
2. Filter to find your bookings, using dates, booking status or key words.
3. On the Booking you need to cancel, click View/ Edit
4. Select a reason why you are cancelling. We recommend adding a personal note to the tenant, to explain why you need to cancel.
5. Ensure you click the Cancel Booking button.
And that's it! If you decide to go ahead with the booking again, just filter to find your Cancelled bookings. You will be able to Reconsider the booking.
