Our financial partners at Fillit are Stripe, who specialise in payment security and payouts to bank accounts.

When your payments go beyond several thousand, we may reach out to request a government ID from you as a security measure to verify your account.

This is to protect your account, and ensure that the right funds are reaching the right people. We work with regulators and financial partners like Stripe to promote transparency and prevent fraud.

A Fillit team member will reach out to you if your account needs to be verified with an ID.

What kind of ID can I provide?

We can accept any government issued ID, like a passport or driver's license.

How can I upload my ID securely?

You can upload this to your account securely - the image is encrypted, meaning the data is converted into code to conceal it.

We take security seriously, so Fillit do not store your ID or use it for any purpose other than to verify your account.

To verify your account just go to Account > Payments In > Add Photo ID

Please note that payouts to your account may be affected if your account is not verified.

If you have any doubts, just send us an email and we can take it from there!

If you have any more questions, contact us at  support@fillit.ie or click the messaging button on the bottom-right corner, we are always happy to help you!
