Here are a few questions to see if we can solve the problem:
Did you create your profile using Facebook, Google or email previously? You should stick with whichever sign in you used beforehand so as not to create multiple accounts.
Do you have your email spelled properly? Are there any extra spaces?
Are you using an active email account?
Passwords are case sensitive, so check if you have the Caps Lock activated
