Here are a few questions to see if we can solve the problem:

  • Did you create your profile using Facebook, Google or email previously? You should stick with whichever sign in you used beforehand so as not to create multiple accounts.
  • Do you have your email spelled properly? Are there any extra spaces?
  • Are you using an active email account?
  • Passwords are case sensitive, so check if you have the Caps Lock activated
