Once you've found a space and checked its availability (Related articles: How do I search for a space?, How do I check if a space is available?), the next step is to create an enquiry to let the landlord know you're interested. Here's how:
1. Submit Your Booking Request
Select the dates you’re interested in.
Click the "Request the Space" button.
Include as much information as possible, such as your plans, requirements for the space, photos, and a link to your website.
You can secure your booking with credit card details, but your card won’t be charged until the landlord confirms.
You only need to write your pitch once—Fillit saves it for you, so you can easily use it for future enquiries.
2. Await the Landlord's Response
Once the landlord confirms your enquiry, you’ll receive an email notification.
Landlords are encouraged to respond within 24-48 hours.
Need a quicker response? Let us know, and we can help expedite your enquiry.
3. Finalize Your Booking
If the landlord accepts, the price is confirmed. If they propose a new price, you’ll need to accept it before confirming the booking.
Payment is processed automatically after the cancellation period ends.
Cancellation Policy
Both you and the landlord can cancel for free up until the cancellation deadline. Review the space’s cancellation policy for details.
